YES UP! Shipping Policy

Founding Batch Pre-Orders

EYES UP Magnetic Phone Mounts are currently being offered as part of our Founding Batch pre-order. Pre-ordering allows Last Call Initiative to establish initial demand before placing our bulk production order.

Because this is a pre-order, your product will not ship immediately after purchase. We will provide customers with updates regarding production, estimated shipping dates, and fulfillment using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 per order.

Customers who pre-order two or more EYES UP Magnetic Phone Mounts in the same order receive FREE standard shipping.

Express shipping, when available, is $15.00. Please note that selecting express shipping affects the delivery method after fulfillment and does not shorten the Founding Batch production or pre-order period.

Delivery Estimates

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

These delivery estimates begin after the product has shipped and are separate from the Founding Batch pre-order fulfillment period.

Shipping Area

We currently ship EYES UP products to eligible addresses within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

When available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email once their order has been prepared for shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If your address changes before your Founding Batch order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.
